A One-day Online Retreat ~ Wednesday 20th July 2022

A deeply nourishing day of rest and reflection in the comfort of your own home

10am – 4pm ~ with Marion Young

This retreat day, with its mixture of online guided sessions and offline time for personal reflection, will immerse you in your own sacred sanctuary of inner stillness, the benefits of which will continue to enrich your life long afterwards. These audio-only events, with their absence of external distractions, are perfect for going deeply within.

You do not need to be alone in your home to get the benefits of these retreats, with a little preparation and advanced warning to the family, people have said how everyone can benefit from the energy of stillness that is generated on these silent retreat days.

Before the retreat, you will receive a retreat timetable, guidance for getting the most out of the day.

How the retreat will work

There will be four online audio-only guided sessions on Zoom through the day, and time offline in between for personal reflection.

At 2pm there will be a Conscious Resting meditation followed by time for you to reflect or simply rest, before we start our closing session at 3.45 pm.

To get the most out of this day, I would highly recommend that you choose somewhere free from distractions, with a good internet connection, and that you prepare for everything you need in advance. Full details will be sent after you’ve booked your place.

About Marion

Marion has over 30 years’ experience as a therapist and group facilitator. She is wildly enthusiastic about the power and benefits of taking time to be in silence and loves taking groups into silence on her one day and residential retreats.

She enjoys talking too, especially with people who are searching for deeper meaning and purpose in their lives, and who want to live their full potential as well as experiencing happiness and joy in simply being alive. Through her groups, one-to-one work, courses, and programmes, Marion supports and helps her clients to connect with their own source of peace and illuminating presence.
