PLEASE NOTE: From February 3rd to April 28th 2026, Conscious Resting will move to Tuesday lunch times, and will take place every week. It will return to twice a month on Wednesdays from May 6th.
Conscious Resting is a guided meditation to help you relax and recharge your energy and deepen your connection to stillness.
We start with a guided body relaxation exercise followed by a short time in silence before gently returning.
Even a short period of time relaxing deeply in this way can make a huge difference to how you feel.
Join me from 1.20 pm ready for 1.30 pm start. The meditation until 2 pm is recorded (and available on the Conscious Resting page later the same day), and then I stay live until 2.15 to answer any questions in the chat.
